Purple Balm offers a holistic care service, where and when it is required. Reliable and flexible services are necessary to help support those with extra needs and we arrange fully trained nursing care, care and support, complimentary therapy, help with domestic requirements or simply companionship, all on a one-off or a regular basis.
When you join the Purple Balm team, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings. You may choose to work in learning disability, care at home or within establishments. Whatever your preference, we will proactively seek work for you, if you have additional skills and qualifications, we will promote your services.
We have rigorous standards of staff selection and recruitment. All applicants are cleared in accordance with strict regulation which includes an enhanced criminal records bureau check.
We understand the importance of supporting our staff and provide a comprehensive induction programme, ongoing training opportunities and mandatory annual update training. Staff are encouraged to discuss any areas of concern with their office based colleagues so that issues may be resolved in a supportive atmosphere, and managed appropriately and in a timely fashion.
