Purple Balm supports evey one of its staff in reaching their full potential and fulfilling their ambitions.

If you are a qualified professional nurse: We can offer ongoing professional development to ensure you remain up to date and fulfil your post registration education and practice (Prep) requirements. This can include attending training courses, assisting in teaching / training colleagues and other members of staff, participating in research projects and reflective practice with colleagues and other staff. We can also assist you to build your knowledge and skills in new areas of nursing, allowing you to work in diverse environments and enhancing your nursing practice.

If you are a qualified carer or support worker: We can offer you ongoing traing and support to maintain and enhance your skills. This will include NVQ level 2 and in some instances we can offer you NVQ level 3 training.*
