Hazel Procter - Registered Manager
Hazel has over 30 years experience in the care profession. She has a wealth of experience working with young adults with physical disabilities, enabling services for adults and children, employment services for disabled people and elderly care. Hazel has previously been in a management position within an adult placement scheme.
Hazel is responsible for the supervision, support and training of both care and office staff. This includes sourcing further training including NVQ for which she is an assessor. Hazel carries out assessments and develops service users care plans prior to care commencing. This includes carrying out both personal and environment risk assessments.
